Listing corrections
If a listing has an incorrect address, name, or entity type, use the “Suggest a correction” link on the listing page. For corrections that can’t be submitted that way, email us with the listing URL and the correct information.
Profile claims
Property managers and board members can claim their profile directly from any listing page. If you run into issues with the claim process, email us with your property name and a brief description of your role.
Review disputes
If you believe a review violates our guidelines, email resigradesupport@gmail.com with the listing URL and a description of the concern. We review all disputes and respond within two business days.
