What is ResiGrade?
ResiGrade is a directory of verified resident reviews for co-op boards, HOAs, condo associations, and property management companies. It helps prospective buyers and renters research housing governance before committing to a purchase or lease.
Who can write a review?
Any resident with a verified account can submit a review of their building, board, or management company. We require account verification to maintain review quality and prevent abuse.
How are reviews verified?
Reviewers must create an account using a valid email address. We do not accept anonymous reviews, and our moderation process flags reviews that appear to violate our guidelines.
My building is listed but the information is wrong. How do I fix it?
If you manage or represent the listed entity, you can claim the profile. Once claimed, you can update contact details and address information. Use the "Suggest a correction" link on any listing page to flag an error.
How do I claim my property's profile?
Search for your property, open the listing, and click "Claim this listing." You will be prompted to sign in or create an account and then verify your affiliation with the property.
Is ResiGrade free to use?
Reading reviews and searching the directory is free for everyone. Claiming a profile and accessing management tools may require a paid plan.
I can't find my building. What should I do?
Use the search page to search by name, city, or address. If your building is genuinely missing, you can submit it for addition via the "Add a listing" option.
